A new government-backed website has been launched that enables people to work out their carbon footprint.

As a bicycle commuter myself I think this is a great idea by the Government.
Its called the Green Transport Plan, and it aims to make cycling more attractive and more accessible by taking advantage of some unique tax incentives.
